Creacartel is a annual poster contest from Venezuela, the theme of the 2013 edition was to design a poster for the Red Cross.
The contest exhibition took place at the headquarters of the Institute of Culture, Falcon’s State. At the exhibition, the forty posters finalists of this, the 3rd edition of the competition, were presented.
