Inferno
Designed for the IX International Eco-poster Triennial “the 4th Block.”
This poster responds to the brief celebrating the 700th anniversary of Dante Alighieri’s medieval masterpiece, “The Divine Comedy,” specifically focusing on the theme of “Inferno.”
This complex poster cleverly reinterprets a museum frame’s reverse side, intentionally omitting any visible artwork. We see only the back of the frame with a hanging thread.
It illustrates hell as the anguish of being unable to truly be, to see, or to share with those one deeply desires, perpetually trapped observing a reality that should, but isn’t, different.
Title: Inferno.
Technique: Digital retouch.
Size: 700 x 1000 mm.
