Creacartel, an annual poster contest from Venezuela, focused its 2013 edition on designing a poster for the Red Cross.
The exhibition showcasing the forty finalist posters from this, the 3rd edition of the competition, took place at the headquarters of the Institute of Culture in Falcon’s State.
